Professional Services

Professional services is a broad church, and in our context includes accountants, architects, business consultants, engineers, financial specialists, legal advisors, project managers, quantity surveyors, stake-holder managers, technical specialists, etc. Typical common characteristics of your services are: represented by people with a specific domain of knowledge; usually “one-off” objective; you have a close relationship with your client, etc.

If you engage your clients via projects, i.e. a clear objective that if it is to be achieved requires the collaborative efforts of a number of people, then we can configure a project domain that will improve the effectiveness of your operations, and the quality of your relationship with the client. You may use the terms commission or case rather than project, but the characteristics and the definition will be the same.

The system will be designed to meet the needs of your business and the sectors in which you operate, e.g., a specific industrial sector, public private partnership projects, national infrastructure, research and development, product development, property development, etc. The technology will provide a degree of collaboration that was hitherto thought beyond the reach of individuals, or small or medium enterprises, and will give individuals and small enterprises the opportunity to form consortia and compete for larger projects. The success of those who provide professional services is directly related to the capability, competence and knowledge of their people, and the learning régime we provide creates the conditions where learning is not simply desirable, rather the ethos.
